Recently my employer made changes to meet customer needs. There is a total of 3 full time employees at this retail place. Two of the full time employees hours were changed to meet the changes. Two of the employees are asked to come to work alternately at later time in AM and leave later in PM. The one other employee hours remained the same. Also due to weekend schedules another store employees work every 5th weekend where the employees at smaller retail work every 3rd.

I'm making a charge of favoritism in the workplace as a form of discrimination. When one employee is given preferential treatment, it discriminates against everyone else. I'd like to find legal cases that highlight such situations and use them to bolster my case against management. Thanks for any help.
