For the record: The stings that are documented that Barlow was in charge of are not a figment of his imagination. I had the unfortunate experience of working for a German national in the U.S. that was in touch with Carpenter Steel, that worked with proliferator Ortmayer, and that was allowed to stay in this country after I was told he was going to jail for 70 years. I also had the experience of having my life trashed by Federal investigators because I was an inconvenient witness.
What happened to Barlow really happened. What happened since then, in your hear-say account, is unrelated to his case.
It takes courage and sacrifice to be a Whistleblower and the odds are you will be trashed. I was threatened. I was trashed. I assume Barlow's case as it is presented by dozens of reporters and authors is not someones idea of a fantasy.

"Col" Richard Barlow, the CIA analyst who was fired in the article above, in my experience, is nothing but a con man. He probably diserved to be fired, but the government likely botched the firing. They do that more often that supposed. In my case, Barlow, used his military rank, and his CIA credentials, to entice people to invest with him. Barlow has ripped off five people that I know of. One investor, a little old lady and stroke victim, invested 23K with Barlow. Barlow reported to me and to others that his investments have now come to fruition, but he has not paid a dime according to his written obligations. Instead, Barlow has walked off to play in the financial big leagues, leaving behind everyone else who helped him get where he is. Barlow even left the little old lady, Doreen, behind. Doreen lost everything, except for the cloths on her back, even though Barlow owes her two hundred thousand dollars. Barlow is living the high life, flying to Europe, Chicago, Denver, California, on a moment's notice. Barlow wants for nothing, and the little old lady can't even afford her stroke medication. Barlow knows all this, but is so callous, he does nothing to help her. Barlow proved to the five people that I know, that Barlow's words cannot be relied upon one whit. I do not believe a word Barlow says, because over the course of fifteen months, I have caught Barlow in lie after lie. Barlow lies constantly, even when the truth would serve him better. The man is a disgrace to the CIA, to the Military, and to the American government.
