WikiLeaks Two Years Later: Does the Pentagon Still Trust its Employees?
May 2012 marks the two-year anniversary of the arrest of Pfc. Bradley Manning, allegedly responsible for the leaking of hundreds of thousands of classified documents to WikiLeaks. The Department of Defense and national security infrastructure have worked diligently in the past two years to plug security gaps with some progress. Yet, such efforts may not be entirely benign, as many projects seek to monitor the activities of employees, and may even be monitoring personal correspondences.
