- Red River Army Depot, one of five Army depots, is located on 18,000 acres in rural northeast Texas.
- Red River employs 3,300 federal and contract workers and has an annual budget of nearly $300 million.
- Due to the war and ongoing operations in Iraq, Red River employees have worked 210,000 hours of overtime in the past year.
- The depot is the in-house repair center for Bradley Fighting Vehicle systems, multiple launch rocket system carriers, tactical wheeled vehicles and rubber products. It also recertifies Patriot missiles.
