  • Registered traveler program: $15 millions
  • Transportation Security Coordination Center: $17 millions
  • Flight school background checks: $5 millions
  • Patriot Act/HAZMAT: $17 millions
  • Enterprise staff and support: $24 millions

Aviation Security Regulation and Enforcement: 6.4%

  • Air cargo security: $85 millions
  • Compliance and enforcement: $252 millions
