  • Its clear the methodology for determining the true largest small business contractor is abssurd! It also points out the problem and the need for the legislation in your article. A significant number of the companies on your top 25 list are also top 100 federal contractors. that is an oxymoron!! It is not that difficult to determine who the true small businesses are and then determine who the real top 25 are and you will see a significant difference at a lower total purchase amount and much lower percent of share of the total market.
