Border Crossings

The border agency reorganization weaves units from the Immigration and Naturalization Service, Customs Service, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, and Federal Protective Service into two new agencies. Officials are still deciding where everyone will end up, but here is a preliminary look at the new agencies.
