To recharge after a long day at work, do you seek out social situations or peace and quiet? If you prefer your fortress of solitude, you’re most likely an introvert.

With introverts making up so much of the workforce, a video series based on Susan Cain’s book Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking explores the soft-spoken power of introverts in a world quick to cast extroverts as socially desirable and better leaders.
