The National Performance Review's Managing for Results site includes a growing collection of documents developed to help practitioners and people with an interest in results-oriented government management. Many of the documents deal with GPRA.
For insight on how Congress is dealing with GPRA, try the Congressional Institute's Results Act site.
The Office of Management and Budget maintains a GPRA page containing OMB guidance on the results law, as well as other references.
OMB's page will link you to the very extensive GPRA Results Library on Fedworld. The library is filled with case studies and other documents and is updated daily.
The American Society for Public Administration Center for Accoutability and Performance is engaged in a multi-year program to develop more than 50 case studies, from all levels of government, on performance management in government. Have a look at federal case studies on their Web site.
The Chief Financial Officers Council has a GPRA committee whose meeting notes are available, along with GPRA implementation guidance, an executive tool kit, and other GPRA documents.
House Majority Leader Dick Armey has created a congressional GPRA page centered around an interim evaluation report on agency strategic plans.
